Ginataang Bilo Bilo | Perfect Merienda and Negosyo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Purple Yam
  • 2 cups Sweet Potato
  • 3 pcs Banana Saba
  • 1 cup Big Tapioca
  • 1 cup Small Tapioca
  • 1/4 cup Ripe Langka
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 2 cans Coconut Milk
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients and place the glutinous rice flour in a mixing bowl.
  • Gradually add the water and mix it together.
  • Form it into a ball if the texture is right.
  • Put the water, coconut milk, sweet potato, sugar, and purple yam in a pot and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • After 4 minutes, add the banana (saba) and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  • Add the bilo bilo balls, jackfruit.
  • Add tapioca and bring to a boil before serving.
