- 2 cups Purple Yam
- 2 cups Sweet Potato
- 3 pcs Banana Saba
- 1 cup Big Tapioca
- 1 cup Small Tapioca
- 1/4 cup Ripe Langka
- 1 & 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
- 2 cans Coconut Milk
- 3 cups Water
Prepare all of the ingredients and place the glutinous rice flour in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add the water and mix it together.
Form it into a ball if the texture is right.
Put the water, coconut milk, sweet potato, sugar, and purple yam in a pot and cook for 3-4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, add the banana (saba) and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
Add the bilo bilo balls, jackfruit.
Add tapioca and bring to a boil before serving.
