Ingredients

  • 250 grams Liempo
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 2 pcs Tomato
  • 600 grams Kalabasa
  • 150 grams Sitaw
  • 8 pcs Okra
  • 1 pc Ampalaya
  • 1 pc Talong (Eggplant)
  • 1 tbsp Shrimp Paste - Bagoong Bagoong
  • 10 grams Hebe (Dried Shrimp)
  • 1 pack Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Add the pork, salt, and pepper to a pot and sautée  it.
  • Thoroughly combine the dried shrimp, garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
  • Combine it with the kalabasa (squash), sitaw (string beans), ampalaya (bitter melon), 8 pieces of okra, and 1 piece of talong (eggplant).
  • Add 1 pack of oyster sauce, a dash of black pepper.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of bagoong (shrimp paste), and 1 cup of water.
  • Serve and Enoy
