Ingredients

  • 854 grams Lechon Kawali
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 4 pc Leaves
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Peppercorn
  • 1 pc Pork Cubes
  • 2 cup Mang Tomas
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the necessary ingredients.
  • Sauté the garlic and onion before adding the Lechon Kawali.
  • Add the water, soy sauce, pork cubes, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes, then add 1/4 cup vinegar,
  • Add brown sugar, and 2 cups Mang Tomas, and continue to cook.
  • Wait until the sauce is somewhat thickened.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
