- 2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- Sticks/Skewers
Prepare all of the essential ingredients
Combine the 2 cups glutinous rice flour and 1 cup desiccated coconut, followed by the coconut milk.
Mix it all together, then gradually add the coconut milk, scoop it out, and roll it into a ball.
Deep fry it until somewhat light brown, but before frying it will be helpful that you will be stitching in the center.
Used the oil and add sugar to make caramelized sugar.
After you've coated all of your carioca, take the sticks and skewer the Carioca Balls.
