Saba Con Yelo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 pcs Saba ( Banana)
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Small Pearl (Sago)
  • Drops of Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Additional
  • Shaved / Crushed Ice
  • Evaporated Milk/ Creamer

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • Peel and slice the bananas
  • Prepare the pot by pouring water into it, bringing it to a boil.
  • Add 1 and 1 half sugar and  salt then stirring it before adding the banana.
  • Cook for another 5-8 minutes before adding the little pearls, then drop some vanilla.
  • Put the 1/4 sugar, then simmering for another 2 minutes.
  • Cool it down, then get a glass and put some bananas in it.
  • Crumble some ice and put it in the banana, then top it off with evaporated milk.
