- 500 grams Shrimp Paste
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 82 grams Pork
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Sprite
- 2 pcs Calamansi
- Black Pepper
- Chili (optional)
Prepare all the ingredients needed.
Put oil into the pan and add the pork and cook it.
Add the garlic and mix it well.
Add the shrimp paste and mix it again and add the 2 cups of Sprite.
Squeeze the Calamansi, add sugar and black pepper.
Simmer it until slightly dries up and serve it.
