Ingredients

  • 500 grams Shrimp Paste
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 82 grams Pork
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Sprite
  • 2 pcs Calamansi
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients needed.
  • Put oil into the pan and add the pork and cook it.
  • Add the garlic and mix it well.
  • Add the shrimp paste and mix it again and add the 2 cups of Sprite.
  • Squeeze the Calamansi, add sugar and black pepper.
  • Simmer it until slightly dries up and serve it.
