Falafel with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chick Peas
  • 1/2 cup White Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Sesame Seed
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Prepare all the needed ingredients
  • Crush the peas into food processor and then add 1/4 onion and garlic
  • Put some black pepper and salt and add cumin then oregano and garlic powder.
  • Add 1/2 cup of parsley and pour out the lemon juice and baking soda
  • Crush it again
  • Pour out the flour and crush it again.
  • Form or roll it into a ball after then put it into the container and then put some clear cellophane above.
  • For the tahini sauce toast some sesame seeds and then crush it
  • Deep fry the falafel and enjoy it.
