- 1 cup Chick Peas
- 1/2 cup White Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Sesame Seed
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Pinch of Salt
Prepare all the needed ingredients
Crush the peas into food processor and then add 1/4 onion and garlic
Put some black pepper and salt and add cumin then oregano and garlic powder.
Add 1/2 cup of parsley and pour out the lemon juice and baking soda
Crush it again
Pour out the flour and crush it again.
Form or roll it into a ball after then put it into the container and then put some clear cellophane above.
For the tahini sauce toast some sesame seeds and then crush it
Deep fry the falafel and enjoy it.
