Tuna Mushroom Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 3 tbsp Cold Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 can Tuna Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 can Mushroom
  • 1 pc White Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 pcs Eggs

Instructions

  • First is to prepare all the needed ingredients.
  • Grab a bowl and put the 1 & ½ cup of flour, 1 tablespoon sugar and add ½ teaspoon salt and mix it well. 
  •  After that add ½ cup of butter and mix it  and add 3 tablespoon cold milk.
  • Knead the dough mixture with your hand and after that rest the dough for 1 hour.
  • Flatten the dough, put it into the pan and use a fork to flatten the edges. 
  • put the parchment paper and add the dry beans as a (pie weight to ensure a flaky and not soggy pie crust) 
  • Bake it for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the tuna into the pan and add 1 can of small mushrooms,1 piece of white onion and mix it well.
  • After that you need 3 eggs and add ½ cup of milk,½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper , ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
  • add ¼ cup parsley and ½ cup of grated cheese and mix it well. 
  • Add the tuna and mushrooms into the pie and pour the egg mixture,add ¼ cup milk and mix it well.
  • Bake it for 50 minutes.
