We personally use the Good Life Egg noodles brand because it’s affordable and easy to find. But you can choose any brand of egg noodles depends on your preference.

What Is the Difference Between Napa Cabbage and Regular Cabbage?

Napa cabbage is sweeter and softer than the regular one, but not quite as soft and flexible as red cabbage. They’re all interchangeable for the most part, and when cooked, they’ll have quite comparable flavours.
