Can I add other vegetables to the kebabs?

Absolutely! Customize your kebabs by adding vegetables like cherry tomatoes, zucchini, or mushrooms for added flavor and variety.

What's a suitable alternative to chili powder for a milder version?

If you prefer less spicy, you can use paprika instead of chili powder. Paprika adds a smoky flavor without the spiciness.

Tips on Cooking this recipe

  • Cut the chicken into uniform-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
  • Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors penetrate.
