HOW TO COOK Sweet and Sour Shrimp Recipe (Easy and Masarap)
In a bowl, place 21 pieces of shrimp and add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, dash of black pepper, and 1 piece of egg. Mix until well combined. Dredge the shrimp into the cornstarch. In a cooking pot, add cooking oil. Deep fry the shrimp until crispy or golden brown. In a clean pan, add 2-3 tbsp of oil. Then, add 5 cloves of garlic and 2 pcs of onion. Stir the ingredients. Add 2 pieces of bell pepper and stir again. Add 200 grams of pineapple (Chunks with syrup), 1/3 cup of vinegar, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of ketchup, and 1/3 cup of water. Stir well. Add 1 sachet of oyster sauce, 1/8 cup of ketchup, a dash of black pepper, and a pinch of salt to taste. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water (slurry). Mix well. Add fried shrimp and mix.
