HOW TO COOK Super Creamy Sipo Egg Recipe (Secret Ingredients ng Restaurants)

In a pan, add 100 grams of butter and let it melt. Then, add 12-13 pieces of shrimp. Season it with salt and black pepper. Fry until cooked. When cooked, remove shrimp from the pan and add 4 quails of garlic, 1 piece of onion, and 1 piece of large size potato. Cook for 3 minutes. Then, stir. Next, add 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and 500 grams of mixed vegetables then mix well. Add 200 grams/1 can of cream of mushroom. Sir well. Then, add 250 grams of sweet ham and mix the ingredients. Add 250ml/1 pack of All Purpose Cream. Mix well. Add a dash of black pepper and stir. Then, simmer for 5-7 minutes. After that, add the cooked shrimp and boiled quail eggs (24 pieces). Mix well and remove from the heat.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Mixed Vegetables
  • 250 grams Sweet Ham
  • 1 pc Potato (Large Size)
  • 24 pcs Quail Eggs
  • 12-13 pcs Shrimp
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic
  • 100 grams Salted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 pack All Purpose Cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Place the quail eggs in a small skillet or saucepan.
  • Add roughly 1 inch of water to completely submerge the eggs.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • After it has boiled for 1 minute, remove from the heat.
  • Drain and place in a basin with some cold water.
  • The shells of the eggs should be peeled and set aside. Heat the oil in a large wok over high heat.
  • Heat to medium, sauté the onions and garlic until they are just softened.
  • Then add the chicken bits and cook them.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Cook until well cooked and browned.
  • Combine the carrots, mushrooms, singkamas, and sayote in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the chicken stock and cream of mushroom soup until well mixed.
  • When it comes to a boil, Reduce the heat to a low simmer.
  • Simmer the vegetables until they are almost tender. Add the green beans, quail eggs, and evaporated milk a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve it after, while still hot.
