Chicken Stir Fry Egg Noodles Recipe - EASY!!

In this recipe, you will learn how to cook stir Fry Egg noodles Recipe with chicken. Egg noodles simply are noodles made of flour and eggs. The dough is rolled thin, cut into strips and cooked in boiling water. Egg noodles are easy to prepare and cook and are perfect for goulash, stroganoff or in soups!

Chicken Egg Noodles Ingredients

  • 120 grams egg noodles
  • 1 liter water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 piece carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp. cooking oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

First, pour 1 liter of water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Let it boil for a while before adding 120 grams of Egg noodles. Cook the Egg noodles for 2 to 3 minutes. After that drain the water using a steel mesh strainer then set aside for later. 

Heat 2 to 3 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan. Saute 1 piece of slice red onion and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Add 1 piece of chopped into squares chicken breast meat. Fry until the meat turns light brown in color.

Pour 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce. Add 1 piece of julienne cut carrot. Stir fry for a minute  before adding 1 cup of slice cabbage. Continue stirring until the vegetables and meet are cooked. Add a dash of black ground pepper and a pinch of salt(add salt as needed). Cook for while before pouring the precook Egg noodles.

Gradually add 3 Tbsp of oyster sauce while stir frying. Transfer on a clean plate. Serve during Merienda or serve during meals as your Main dish. Enjoy!
