This Simple Pasta Recipe, Cheese Sauce made of Butter, Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Paprika, Garlic Powder, All Purpose Cream, Fresh Milk, Red Cheddar Cheese and Cheddar Cheese Then Added with Cooked Elbow Macaroni Pasta. Best Serve In Merienda and a perfect dish this holiday season.

Mac and cheese are just one of those staple recipes we all grew up eating. It’s total comfort food and it pairs well with just about anything. It’s easy enough for weekday dinners but good enough to serve at holiday get-togethers.

HOW TO COOK Mac And Cheese Recipe ( Macaroni and Cheese Pasta

To start first in a large pan boil water for cooking pasta add the elbow pasta into the boiling water. Cook for 8 minutes.

Next is Drain the macaroni pasta and set it aside.  after that saute butter and add salt and black pepper then add oregano, paprika and garlic powder  mix it.

Now Put the all purpose cream Gradually add the 1 cup fresh milk .

Mix the red cheddar cheese,cheddar cheese  then mix it until the cheese melts  and then

Gradually add the cooked macaroni pasta and mix well lastly add parsley.

Serve and enjoy!

WHAT CAN WE USE AS Red Cheddar Cheese IS NOT AVAILABLE?

You can use ordinary cheese as substitute for red cheddar cheese.

WHERE CAN WE BUY paprika?

Paprika  is mostly available  on large groceries and supermarkets.

Can we use noodle pasta instead of macaroni?

Yes you can use noodle Pasta depending on what you want to used.

TIPS ON COOKING THIS RECIPE

  • Pick the perfect pasta- There are many pasta that we can used but you don’t need to choose or buy the expensive pasta in the supermarket you can buy the cheaper pasta but worth the price
  • Use a variety of cheeses – again there are lot of cheese that we can used and to To ensure the flavors aren’t too strong for the kids, choose cheeses that (most) everyone will love.

  • 350 grams Elbow Macaroni Pasta
  • 1 cup Fresh Milk
  • 1 cup All Purpose Cream
  • 50 grams Red Cheddar Cheese
  • 165 grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
