Pork Tocino Fried Rice Recipe - Filipino Style

Ingredients:

225 grams Pork Tocino
1 piece Onion
2 pieces Egg
1/8 tsp Seasoning (Optional)
3 cloves Garlic
4 pieces Hotdog
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
½ – 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
3 cups Leftover Rice
Salt
Pepper

Procedure:

  1. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and a dash of ground pepper.
  2. In a cooking pan heat ½ Tbsp of cooking oil.
  3. Fry the egg mixture. Set aside.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a clean pan. Sauté mince 3 cloves of garlic and 1 small red onion until it turns light brown.
  5. Add 225 grams of pork, slices of hotdog and 3 cups of leftover rice respectively. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  6. Pour 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, and sprinkle a pinch of salt and a dash of ground pepper.
  7. Add the precooked fried egg then stir.
  8. Transfer on a serving plate. Serve and Enjoy!
