HOW TO COOK Pork Embutido

     First, ensure that all ingredients should be ready and present to the kitchen table then next is to mix ground pork with garlic powder,salt,breadcrumbs, black pepper, paprika and 2 eggs then mix it well. Next is to add onions and carrots then add bell peppers pickle relish, raisins and cheese and add oyster sauce then  fry a small portion to taste it. Scoop 1 mixture and then put it on foil then flatten it. Put the hardboiled egg then roll it within aluminum foil then seal ends by twisting the foil. Steam it for 1 hour and then slice it and dip it on your favorite tomato ketchup and taste it. 

what can we use if pickle relish is not available?

Simply add some sugar or honey to the jar of dill pickles instead of sweet pickle relish to replace sweet pickle relish in a recipe. If that’s not an option, combine dill pickles, sliced red onion, minced garlic, and ginger powder in a food processor or grinder until it resembles your favorite sweet pickle relish.

How many eggs should we put on every 1 kilogram of pork?

Here’s a fast rule of thumb: for every 1 kilogram of ground meat, add at least 2 to 3 large eggs. As for the other ingredients you’ll add, you’ll be able to determine if you need the third egg.

  • 1 kilo Ground Pork
  • 4-6 pcs Hotdog
  • 1 Cup cup Cheese (grated)
  • 3-4 pcs Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 cup Carrots
