HOW TO COOK Pan Seared Pork Chop Recipe
In a pot, add 1 liter of water, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of peppercorn, 3 cloves of garlic, and 2 pieces of garlic then close the lid. After boiling, pour the brine solution in a container and add the 1 kg of pork chop. In a small size bowl, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, and squeeze 1 piece of lemon. Mix well. In the same mixture, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Next, drain the pork chops and pat it dry with a paper towel. Then, slice pork fat. Brush porkchop with the soy sauce mixture. Use cooking oil for pan searing pork chops. Pan sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes each side. Brush with butter. Then add 1 lemon zest onto the searing pork chop. Remove it from the pan when cooked and serve.
