Banana Pancake no flour

Lets start making this Banana pancake without flour. In a medium size bowl, mash two pieces of ripe banana. Add two pieces of egg and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix to blend the ingredients well.

After mixing the ingredients melt some butter in a frying pan. Pour a portion of the banana mixture in the pan. Wait until the bottom form a solid base before flipping.

Continue the same procedure for the rest of the mixture. With these ingredients five pieces of banana pancake can be made. Serve with some simple syrup on top or as it is.
