can we use regular cheese in place of quickmelt cheese?

We haven’t really tried it but in case you’ll use regular cheese like eden, it will take much longer to melt in the cream.

can we use ground pork or chicken instead of beef ?

Yes, however, if you use ground chicken, you’ll need to use chicken cubes instead of beef to maintain a consistent flavor. Same applies if you use ground pork, you’ll need to use pork cubes.

  • We used non stick pots and pans in cooking this recipe. If you’re using a regular pot or pan, make sure to stir occasionally to prevent the pasta or sauce from sticking and burning.
  • You can sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil on top as garnish to add a more vibrant color.
  • In cooking the pasta, make sure that you stir it occasionally to prevent it from sticking in the pot.
  • Make sure the pasta is cooked al dente so that it wouldn’t be soggy once you mix it with the hot sauce.
