Ingredients:

250 ml All-purpose cream
25 grams Gulaman powder (Mango flavor)
2 pieces Ripe mango
370 ml Evaporated milk
8 cups Water
25 grams Mango powdered juice
430 grams Small pearls
300 ml Condensed milk

Procedure:

  1. Add 5 cups of water into the saucepan.
  2. Gradually add and dissolve 25 grams of gulaman powder. Note that the stove is not turned on yet.
  3. Add powdered mango juice and mix it well.
  4. After dissolving the powder ingredients, turn on the oven and bring it to boil.
  5. Mix it from time to time.
  6. Strain to remove the lumps then set it aside to cool down and solidify.
  7. Get a piece of ripe mango and make a puree. You can use a food processor or blender. You can also use a fork to mash it.
  8. Get another piece of ripe mango and this time, slice it into cubes.
  9. Slice the jelly into cubes.
  10. In a bowl, add 250 ml of All-Purpose cream.
  11. Add 300 ml of condensed milk.
  12. Add 370 ml of evaporated milk.
  13. Add 2 cups of water and mix the ingredients well.
  14. You can now add the pureed mango into the milk mixture.
  15. Add another cup of water then mix.
  16. In a clean bottle, scoop some jelly and put it into the bottle.
  17. Next, add some small pearls.
  18. Then add the mango cubes.
  19. Last, pour the milk mixture into the bottle then seal it with a cap.
