Mango Jelly Drink Recipe ( Pang Negosyo )

Ingredients:
250 ml All-purpose cream
25 grams Gulaman powder (Mango flavor)
2 pieces Ripe mango
370 ml Evaporated milk
8 cups Water
25 grams Mango powdered juice
430 grams Small pearls
300 ml Condensed milk

Procedure:
- Add 5 cups of water into the saucepan.
- Gradually add and dissolve 25 grams of gulaman powder. Note that the stove is not turned on yet.
- Add powdered mango juice and mix it well.
- After dissolving the powder ingredients, turn on the oven and bring it to boil.
- Mix it from time to time.
- Strain to remove the lumps then set it aside to cool down and solidify.
- Get a piece of ripe mango and make a puree. You can use a food processor or blender. You can also use a fork to mash it.
- Get another piece of ripe mango and this time, slice it into cubes.
- Slice the jelly into cubes.
- In a bowl, add 250 ml of All-Purpose cream.
- Add 300 ml of condensed milk.
- Add 370 ml of evaporated milk.
- Add 2 cups of water and mix the ingredients well.
- You can now add the pureed mango into the milk mixture.
- Add another cup of water then mix.
- In a clean bottle, scoop some jelly and put it into the bottle.
- Next, add some small pearls.
- Then add the mango cubes.
- Last, pour the milk mixture into the bottle then seal it with a cap.
