Mix until well combined. Then add 2 pieces of eggs. Mix until well blended. Next, scoop a spoonful of Bangus, place it in a lumpia wrapper, and wrap. Seal the edge with water. Add cooking oil in a pot for deep frying. Deep fry the lumpia until golden brown. Then, serve and enjoy!
