HOW TO COOK Lumpiang Bangus Recipe ( Fish Spring Rolls )
Firstly, add water in a pan for boiling Bangus. Add 1 piece Bangus, salt to taste, and a dash of black pepper. Boil the Bangus on each side for 6-8 minutes. Then, remove from the heat and let it cool. After that, remove the fish bone and place the fish flesh in a bowl. Add ¼ cup of carrots, 1 piece onion, ¼ cup of bell pepper, ½ tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper in the same bowl. Mix well. Then add 60 grams of oyster sauce. Mix until well combined. Then add 2 pieces of eggs. Mix until well blended. Next, scoop a spoonful of Bangus, place it in a lumpia wrapper, and wrap. Seal the edge with water. Add cooking oil in a pot for deep frying. Deep fry the lumpia until golden brown. Then, serve and enjoy!
