How to Make Longganisa Fried Rice - Pinoy Recipe
Fried Rice is a popular easy to cook dish for some Filipinos and is mostly serve during breakfast.
There is a lot of version of this dish but Longganisa Fried Rice is one of the best version with its sweet yet salty taste.
Combination of skinless longganisa, mix vegetables of carrots, green beans and corns, onion, garlic, egg, soy sauce and precook or leftover rice.

Longganisa Fried rice Recipe
Start with the scramble eggs. Whisk two pieces of egg. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan. Pour in the beaten egg, add 1/2 tablespoon of diced spring onion. Stir fry until the egg is cook. Set aside.
In the same pan, heat one tablespoon of cooking oil. Saute 3 cloves of minced garlic. Add four pieces of skinless longganisa. Pan fry until the longganisa is cook. Add two and a half precook or leftover rice. Stir fry to crisp en the rice.
Add 200 grams of mix vegetables of carrots, green beans and corn. Add some salt a dash of black ground pepper and the precook scrambled egg. Continually stir fry until all the ingredients are well mixed and cook. Pass on a platter. Serve and enjoy another quick and easy made dish!

- 2 1/2 cups Precooked rice / left over rice
- 4 pcs skinless longganisa
- 200 grams mixed vegetables ( carrots, green beans and corn)
- 2 pcs egg
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp spring onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt
- cooking oil
- black ground pepper
