- 854 grams Lechon Kawali
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1 pc Onion
- 4 pc Leaves
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Peppercorn
- 1 pc Pork Cubes
- 2 cup Mang Tomas
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- Cooking Oil
- Prepare all of the necessary ingredients.
- Sauté the garlic and onion before adding the Lechon Kawali.
- Add the water, soy sauce, pork cubes, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, then add 1/4 cup vinegar,
- Add brown sugar, and 2 cups Mang Tomas, and continue to cook.
- Wait until the sauce is somewhat thickened.
