How To Make Soft Doughnuts | NO KNEAD | NO YEAST | WITHOUT DOUGHNUT MOLDER. You need All-purpose Flour, Milk, Baking Powder, Egg, Sugar, Salt, Oil and Margarine.

Ingredients:

250 grams All-purpose Flour
185 ml Milk
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1 piece Egg
80 grams Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
20 grams Margarine/Butter

Yield: 15 – 17 pieces Small Doughnuts

Procedure:

Donut

   First, put 250 grams of all-purpose flour, 80 grams of sugar, 1 Tbsp of baking powder an 1/4 tsp of salt in a large mxing bowl. Whisk until all ingredients are blended well, then pour 185 ml of fresh milk.

   Add 1 piece of large egg and 20 grams of melted margarine. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

   Prepare a deep pan and heat 1 to 2 cups of cooking oil. 

   Scoop a spoonful of the mixture. Roll using 2 spoons to form a ball shape then deep fry on medium heat until it turns golden brown in color.

   Remove the excess oil by using a kitchen paper towel and then transfer on a serving  plate. Enjoy!
