HOW TO How to Make Meringue (Leftover Egg White Recipe)

Firstly, sanitize the mixing bowl and mixer by wiping it with vinegar. In a mixing bowl, add 8 pieces of white eggs. Beat with a whisk until stiff peaks. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and mix again. While mixing, gradually add 1 cup of sugar. Add vanilla extract/ 3-4 drops of flavoring. Divide the Meringue in 2 bowls. Add 1 drop of your preferred food color in each bowl. Then, add small amount in a baking sheet to refrain it from moving. Next, pipe using your preferred piping tip. Bake for 60 minutes in 120 C. Make sure you pre-heated the oven before using it. Remove the Meringue and set aside or let it rest of 60 minutes.
