HOW TO COOK Banana Muffins Recipe

     To make banana muffins, first beat eggs in a small bowl. Then add in cooking oil and vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside. In another bowl, mash bananas and then set aside. In a large bowl, mix all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Add egg mixture and mashed bananas, mix well until all ingredients are well blended.

     Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line muffin pan with cupcake liners then fill them with batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Once cooked, remove from muffin pan and let it cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

can we use other variants of banana aside from lakatan?

Yes, however, we recommend to use lakatan banana for it has a sweeter taste.
