What size of shrimps to use?

In this recipe, we used medium sized shrimp. Though, you could use a larger size of shrimp to your preference as long as the bacon can be wrapped all over it.

Tips on Cooking this recipe

  • For best results use fresh shrimp (not the frozen one from groceries and supermarkets)
  • In frying, make sure not to overcrowd the pan. The bacon wrapped shrimps should have space between them. And do not overcook so that they will lock in moisture and have a juicy flavor.
  • Chili powder can be added in the marinate if you prefer some kick of spice in the dish.
