HOW TO COOK SHRIMP WITH SPRITE

     First, start by placing the shrimp and sprite in a pan. Heat to low fire and add salt and a dash of black pepper to taste. Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer while continuously stirring.

     Drizzle withcooking oil before the sprite completely dries out. Sauté for a minute or two. Transfer to plate and top with spring onions. Serve and enjoy.

Can we use butter instead of cooking oil?

Yes, you can use butter. However, it will add a sweet-salty flavor into it depending on the amount of butter you put.

Tips on Cooking this recipe

  • You can use parsley in substitute of spring onions.
  • You can also add garlic and onions if you prefer a much savory flavor.
  • Chili powder or chili flakes can be added to add spice in it.
