How To Cook Ginataang Gulay ( Vegetable Recipes ) Pinoy Recipes
Ginataang Gulay is Made of String Beans (Sitaw), Squash (Kalabasa), Gata (Coconut Milk) Shrimp (Hipon) seasoned with salt and Pepper.
Ingredients:
197 grams Squash (Kalabasa)
1 piece Onion
3 cloves Garlic
164 grams Shrimp
200 grams String beans (Sitaw)
1 cup Coconut milk
1 1/2 cup Coconut milk (Diluted)
1 piece Chicken or Shrimp broth cube
Salt
Black pepper
Cooking oil

Procedure:
- Sauté 3 cloves of mince garlic and 1 piece of mince red onion in a preheated pan.
- Throw in the 197 grams of sliced squash and shrimp heads then stir.
- Keep stirring while pouring 1 and ½ cup of diluted coconut milk and adding 200 grams of string beans.
- Simmer for a while then pour 1 cup of coconut milk.
- To enhance the flavor drop 1 chicken flavored broth cube and a pinch of salt to taste and some ground pepper.
- Add the 164 grams of deshelled shrimp and let it simmer until the vegetables and shrimp tenders but not too long that the vegetables becomes mushy.
- Serve and Enjoy!
This Ginataang gulay is best with Stuffed Fried Tilapia
