Gulaman cubes:
Unflavored gelatin powder (Red)
1/4 cup Brown sugar
3 cups Water

Gulaman juice:
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 cups Sugar
3 cups Water

Sago/ White small pearl
Crushed ice


  1. For the gulaman cubes, in a deep pan boil 3 cups of water gradually add the gelatin.
  2. Stir thoroughly until the gelatin is evenly dissolve in the water.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar then continue stirring.
  4. Once done filter the gelatin while transferring in a clean container. Let it cool aside.
  5. For the gulaman juice combine 3 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water into the saucepan. Mix it until it is evenly blended.
  6. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and let it simmer for a while.
  7. Cut the cooled gelatin into cubes.
  8. In a glass, put the white pearl, crushed ice, and the gulaman cubes respectively.
  9. Pour the gulaman juice into the glass.
  10. Serve as refreshment. Enjoy!
