Ham and Cheese Sandwich ( Sandwich Recipes )
Ham and Cheese Sandwich – Sandwich Recipes. Simple Merienda Recipe made of Bread, Ham and Cheese.
Ingredients:
4 pieces Loaf Bread
2 pieces Sweet ham
1 piece Egg
40 grams Quick-melt Cheese
Salt
Cooking oil

Procedure:
- Pour some cooking oil into the pan and fry the ham.
- Set aside the fried ham draining excess oil using a paper towel.
- Make thin slices from the 40 grams Quickkmelt cheese.
- Prepare a loaf of bread then add ham and cheese on top respectively.
- Top with another loaf bread making a sandwich.
- Beat an egg in a separate bowl, add some salt.
- Soak each side of the sandwich into the egg then set aside.
- Toast each side of the sandwich in a nonstick pan.
- If you don’t have a nonstick pan, you may add some butter before toasting the sandwich.
