How to make Ham and cheese roll
To make ham and cheese roll. Start by flattening the loaves of bread using a rolling pin. Cut the edges of the bread.
Place one whole slice of ham on top of a loaf of bread and one slice of cheese on top of the ham.
Roll the bread. Use toothpicks to secure the bread. Beat two eggs in a bowl. Dip the bread rolls into the egg using your left hand. Then roll them onto the bread crumbs using your right hand.
Next, put enough cooking oil in a hot pan. Fry the bread rolls until it turns golden brown in color.

I always deep fry these bread rolls for a more crunchy texture. You can do them in the oven by arranging them on in a single layer on a baking sheet and then lightly spraying them on top with nonstick cooking spray (this will help them brown.) Enjoy! ??
