This Ginataang bilo-bilo, also known as halo halo, is made with glutinous rice balls made at home and a variety of inexpensive palengke ingredients. HOW TO COOK Ginataang Bilo Bilo
Prepare all of the ingredients and place the glutinous rice flour in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water and mix it together, then form it into a ball if the texture is already right. Put the water, coconut milk, sweet potato, sugar, and purple yam in a pot and cook for 3-4 minutes. After 4 minutes, add the banana (saba) and cook for another 6-7 minutes. After that, add the bilo bilo balls, jackfruit, and tapioca, then bring to a boil before serving.

- 2 cups Sweet Potato
- 3 pcs Banana Saba
- 1 cup Big Tapioca
- 1 cup Small Tapioca
- 1/4 cup Ripe Langka
- 1 & 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
- 2 cans Coconut Milk
- 3 cups Water
Instructions
