HOW TO MAKE FRUIT COCKTAIL GRAHAM CAKE ( No Bake Cake Recipes )

Beat or whisk all purpose cream until it doubles in volume in a large bowl. Then, fold in condensed milk and continue to beat until it is well combined with the cream. Set aside.

Drain the cherry and remove its stalks then cut them in halves and set aside.

Next, in a square or rectangular baking pan, layer graham crackers enough to fill the base of the pan. Spread a layer of cream mixture enough to cover the crackers. Sprinkle with fruit cocktail on top then cover it a layer of cream mixture then with another layer of crackers. Repeat this procedure until you reach your desired height of the cake or until it leaves only an inch and a half from the top of the pan.

Lastly, spread another layer of cream mixture and sprinkle with fruit cocktail and cherries. Cover the pan and refrigerate overnight before serving.

should the cream and milk be chilled overnight? can we freeze it to cut the time?

We recommend to chill it overnight, however, you may chill it in hours or once you feel they are cold enough. We also haven’t tried freezing it, but I think you may freeze it for several minutes, like 20 to 30, but we’re not sure if the results in beating it will be the same.

Can we replace the cherry ingredient?

Definitely yes, you can add any fruit of your preference as long as you think its taste would blend well with the cake.

Tips on Cooking this recipe

  • You can add any variety of fruit you desire in the fruit cocktail layer such as strawberries, kiwi, peaches etc.
  • You can also use heavy cream in place of the all purpose cream for a much thicker texture.
  • Use square or rectangular pans relative to the size of the graham crackers to make it easier to layer.
