One of our favorite desserts made even healthier! In this recipe, we gave our well loved fruit salad a healthier twist by adding in fresh fruits that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth and appetite.

Fruit Salad recipe with fresh fruits is best for all those who have sweet tooth but are very health conscious. This dish is so easy to prepare, start of with cutting the fruits, mixing it with cream and condensed milk and then chill or freeze it.

HOW TO make FRUIT SALAD RECIPE WITH FRESH FRUITS ( Filipino Food Dessert )

     Start by draining the fruit cocktail. Then, pour the drained fruit cocktail in a bowl. Add in all purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well. Add in green red and fuji apples and mix well. Chill overnight or at least 2 hours. Serve and enjoy.

If kept frozen it can stay good for 5 days and if chilled, for 3 days.

Can we use purely fresh fruits and omit the cocktail?

Yes, you can use all fresh fruit ingredients.

Tips on Cooking this recipe

  • For best results use fresh ripe fruits.
  • You can more fresh fruits such as ripe papaya, grapes, cherries, mango and melon.
  • In case there are overripe or rotten parts of the fruit, remove them. They will add a bad taste on the salad.

  • 836 grams fruit cocktail
  • 1 can condensed milk 390g
  • 1 pack all purpose cream 250ml
  • 1 pc granny smith (green) apple sliced
  • 1 pc red delicious apple sliced
  • 1 pc fuji apple sliced

Instructions

  • Drain fruit cocktail.
  • Pour drained fruit cocktail in a bowl.
  • Add in all purpose cream and condensed milk then mix.
  • Add in green red and fuji apples and mix well.
  • Chill overnight or at least 2 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy.
