When dissolved, add 2 tbsp of spring onions and 2 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of water (slurry) then stir. Gradually add beaten eggs then stir. Add 1 tsp salt to taste and ½ tsp of white pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
