Easy churros recipe
Churros are traditional in Spain and Portugal where it originated, as well as in the Ibero-America and Philippines. There are other types of churros but the most common is called tejeringos or porras, a taste closer to a a bit salty fried pastry.
Churro dough is the same used to make gougeres and eclairs called choux pastry. The only difference is instead of being baked it is fried.

How to make Homemade Easy Churros
Boil 1 cup of water in a deep pan. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 100 grams of margarine (or butter), 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Continuously stir until the ingredients dissolved in the water then boil the ingredients on medium heat.
Turn the stove to low heat. Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour continuously stir until the dough forms. Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes. Once it cools down gradually add 3 pieces of the egg to the dough.
Transfer the dough to a pastry bag. Use a large open-star tip. In a frying pan, deep fry the churros (adjust the length of the churros to your liking). Fry the churros until it turns golden brown in color.
Serve for snacks with chocolate dip!
