HOW TO make custard cake

     First,  you need to prepare all the needed ingredients, after that you will just heat the pan and  put sugar  unto it. Caramelized the sugar and then transfer into the container and set aside. And then separate it into the  container.  Separate the egg yolk from white.  Mix the egg yolk and whole egg together and then beat and add evaporated and condensed milk, next is to mix it well and then add lemon zest. Strain the mixture and put it on the caramelized sugar. Next on making the Chiffon Cake is to mix the flour, salt and baking powder then mix it well. Separate the egg yolk from white. Whisk the egg yolk and then add fresh milk and vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix it well and add flour mixture unto it, then mix it again, Beat the egg whites, next is to add the sugar and whisk it gradually until the meringue is shinny and firm. Add the meringue and chiffon cake mixture after that add the mixture to the custard mixture and steam it. After that you can now enjoy the custard cake.
