HOW TO COOK SPICY SHRIMP AND CRABS

First is to prepare all the needed ingredients and grab a bowl and put 1 piece of egg,and put 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika and 3 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well. After that add 1 & ½ cup milk and add the chicken fillet into the marinating mixture and cover it with cling wrap and marinate it for 2 hours/overnight.

In any container, put the 1 cup flour into the container, add ½  cup of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon blackpaper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika and mix it well. Grab your marinated chicken and dredge it into flour mixture and dip your chicken into your marinated and coat again with your flour mixture, repeat the process to all your chicken and after you coat all the chicken into your flour mixture deep fry it into the oil. After it’s cooked, set aside first the chicken. Get a small bowl and add the mayonnaise into the bowl and add a pinch of salt, dash of black pepper and mix it together. Toast your burger bun into the pan with a little bit of butter and after you toast spread the mayonnaise into the burger bun and put 5-7 pickles, add your chicken fried fillet,add the lettuce and lastly add the 2 tomatoes and put the bun.

what is the substitute for paprika?

You can use Chili Powder to substitute Paprika, Chili powder will also suffice if the paprika is just being used for a garnish. With these spices, you can go with a 1:1 ratio of the substitute spice to the paprika amount needed.

why should i marinate it for 2 hours or overnight?

  • 1 & 1/2 cup Milk
