How to cook Crispy Chicken Breast fillet
Ok to start this dish prepare the Chicken breast meat by cutting it in half from the side. Make the meat more tender by beating it in a flat surface ( better use a wood to flatten the meat). Cover it with a cling wrap and beat it using a meat tenderizer(or you can use a rolling pin) to tenderize the meat.
Slice the Chicken breast meat into proper proportions and then place it in a bowl. Add two tablespoon of fish sauce, a dash of black ground pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, three tablespoon of cornstarch and one piece of egg. Mix until all ingredients are well-combined. Let it sit or marinate the chicken for about 15 minutes.
Dredge the marinated chicken in flour and then deep fry for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Once removed from the stove let it sit for a while in a bed of paper towel to help drain the excess oil. Pass on a platter. Serve with your favorite fillet sauce.
