HOW TO COOK Chopsuey

Prepare all of the ingredients and sauté the onion and garlic in the pan. When the garlic turns golden brown, add the chicken and chicken liver. When the chicken and chicken liver are half cooked, add the carrots,sayote, and shrimps and mix well. After that, add the cauliflower, young corn, broccoli, snap peas, 1 cup of water, and 1 piece chicken cube and simmer until the vegetables are cooked, then add the cabbage and season with black pepper and salt, and finally add the boiled quail egg and mix it all together before serving.

Is it okay if i don't have a broccoli?

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Chicken Breast
  • 171 g Chicken Liver
  • 103 g Shrimp
  • 1 small Head Cauliflower
  • 33 g Snap Peas
  • 1 pc Carrots
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 small Cabbage
  • 84 g Young corn
  • 1 pc Chicken cube
  • 14 pc Quail eggs
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Slurry

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic in the pan.
  • Add the chicken and chicken liver.
  • When the chicken and chicken liver are half cooked, add the carrots, sayote
  • Add Shrimp and mix well.
  • After that, add the cauliflower, young corn, broccoli, snap peas.
