Prepare all of the necessary ingredients, then mince your sili labuyo, try to wear  gloves so your hands won’t hurt after preparing this spicy dish. After that, in a separate frying pan, combine the oil and minced garlic and mix thoroughly, then add the chili. Stir constantly until the color turns dark red, then season with salt and a pinch of black pepper, then add the sugar and stir thoroughly.
