Here is a delicious recipe for spicy food lovers. Cheesy dynamite lumpia is made with chili slice lengthwise and then filled with the desired filling, it might be cheese, ground pork, or beef. One of the most popular appetizers or pica food (finger food) eaten in the Philippines.
Learn how to make this easy finger food recipe. Slice the chili pepper “siling haba” lengthwise then fill with slices of cheese then wrap on a lumpia wrapper before frying.

How to cook Cheesy Dynamite Lumpia
To make this finger food cheesy dynamite lumpia, cut the middle portion of the body of the chili lengthwise. Open it up and remove the stems and seeds. Repeat the procedure for all the chili to be used (you can also make a small slit on the top part of the chili to make it easier to open).
Stuff the chili pepper with lengthwise slices of cheese. Wrap it with a lumpia wrapper and use water to seal the edges and secure the filling inside.
Put enough cooking oil into the pan for frying and heat it. Once the cooking oil is hot fry the cheesy dynamite lumpia until it turns golden brown in color. Place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Best served with catsup-mayo dip.
