HOW TO make Canned Tuna Patties

Firstly, drain 3 cans of Tuna (Century Tuna). Press the tuna to remove excess oil. Then, transfer the tuna into a bowl. Mash the tuna using a fork. Add 1 piece of chopped onion, 2 tbsp of parsley, and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs (add gradually). Mix well. Then, add another 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. Mix until well combined. Add 2 pieces of eggs. Mix again. Add 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Mix until well combined. Make patties using a measuring cup. Mold or make the mixture like a ball then press. Next, fry until cooked or brown in color. Remove the patties from the pan and put it in a paper towel to remove excess oil.
