Cripsy Breaded Meatloaf Nuggets- Easy Meatloaf Recipes- Lockdown Recipes. Simple Recipes during Lockdown made of Meatloaf, Breadcrumbs, Flour and Egg.

Ingredients:

1 can Meatloaf

1 piece egg

¼ cup All-purpose Flour

1/3 Breadcrumbs

½ cup Cooking oil

Procedure:

Slice the meatloaf about an inch.
Prepare ¼ cup of All-purpose cream, 1/3 breadcrumbs and 1 piece whisked egg for crumbing.
Rub each meatloaf with flour then drench in the whisked egg before coating with breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan heat ½ cup of cooking oil. Fry each side of meatloaf in low heat until it turns golden brown.
Place in kitchen paper towel to drain the excess oil then transfer on a serving plate. Serve with ketchup as dip.

This Crispy Breaded Meatloaf Nuggets is best served with Crispy Fish Fillet
