All of the necessary components for this dish must first be prepared. The tahong is then placed in the saucepan and cooked until the shells open. Butter is melted in a separate saucepan, then flour and garlic are added, and everything is thoroughly combined. After that, add the milk and stir it thoroughly before adding the seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika), followed by the parsley.
Spread the garlic butter mixture into the Tahong, and then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake it 7 minutes at 180 degrees, bake for an additional 2-3 minutes at 200 degrees until the cheese is burnt. Sprinkle some parsley over it, then serve and enjoy.

  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/4- 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
