- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Parsley
- 1/4- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Quickmelt Cheese
- Water
