 First, prepare all the ingredients needed then slice the avocado in half after that remove avocado seed then scrape the avocado flesh then mash it using fork. Then prepare the bowl then pour out the all purpose cream whisk it and add some condensed milk. Add the mash avocado then whisk it again after that transfer it to your desired container and refrigerate.

The suggested time to freeze the home made ice cream is overnight or at least 6 hours but it also depends on the volume of the ice cream because  it varies on a lot of scenarios, ice cream typically freezes in 3 to 4 hours. If you have a large amount of ice cream mixture, it will take 5 to 6 hours to freeze.

What if all purpose cream is not available?

There are some scenarios that all purpose cream is not available at your home or at supermarket but there are many substitute for all purpose cream, and one of the substitute is coconut  milk. Leave a can of full-fat coconut milk to chill overnight before opening and transferring the liquid contents to a separate container. The thick, solid coconut cream that remains in the container can then be scooped out and used as an all-purpose cream substitute.

  • 300 ml Condensed Milk
