HOW TO make 4 ICE CREAM RECIPES (Coffee, Yakult, Milo And Mango)

     Coffee Ice Cream, for coffee lovers:

     To make coffee ice cream, first, prechill all-purpose cream. Pour the 2 packs of all-purpose cream into a mixing bowl then add instant coffee powder. Blend the two ingredients using an electric mixer (or use a whisker). Add condensed milk and chocolate syrup. Blend the added ingredients in the mixture well. Beat vigorously to double the volume. 

     Mix in chocolate chips and chopped cashew nuts in the mixture. Pour the mixture into a container of your choice. Top with chocolate chips (or with your favorite ice cream toppers). Freeze overnight. 

     Mango Ice cream:

Mango Puree

     In making the puree, slice the each side of the mango separate the flesh from the skin and pit. Process the mango slices using a blender or a food processor into a sauce-like consistency. Set aside.

Mango Ice Cream

     In a large mixing bowl, pour chilled all-purpose cream. Whisk the cream to double its volume. Add chilled condensed milk and the mango puree. Mix until all ingredients are well-blended.

    Next, cut each side of the mango. Slice the flesh into small cubes then scoop the flesh removing the skin. Put the mango slices in the mango ice cream mixture then stir it gently to spread the mango slices evenly. Pour the mango ice cream mixture in a container of your choice. Sprinkle some mango cubes on top then chill overnight.

     Yakult Ice cream:

Start making yakult ice cream by pouring chilled Kremdensada(2-in-1 product that combines the goodness of cream and condensed milk)  into a large mixing bowl. Beat using an electric mixer (or you can use a whisk if you don’t have an electric mixer available) until the cream doubles in volume. Pour Yakult (a sweetened probiotic milk beverage) in the mixture. Blend the two ingredients well. Transfer to a container or your choice and then let it freeze overnight. 

     Milo Ice cream:

     First, whisk a all-purpose cream to double its volume. Chill overnight the all-purpose cream beforehand. Add condensed milk and Milo powder in the mixture then mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture in any container of your choice.Top the mixture with Milo powder. This procedure is optional. Refrigerate overnight.

 

Tips on Cooking these recipes

  • Chill kremdensada/ cream and condensed milk before using.
  • You can freeze or chill the container you will use overnight before putting in the freshly made ice cream.
  •  Candy sprinkles, mini mallows, choco chip bits can be used to top these ice cream before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 2 pack all-purpose cream 250 ml each
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can condensed milk

Instructions

  • Prechill 2 packs (250 ml each) of all-purpose cream.
  • Pour the 2 packs of all-purpose cream into a mixing bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder. Blend the two ingredients using an electric mixer (or use a whisker).
  • Add 1 can (or 300ml) of condensed milk and 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup. Blend the added ingredients in the mixture well. Beat vigorously to double the volume. 
  • Mix 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of cashew nuts in the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a container of your choice.

  • 2 pieces Ripe Mango for the mixture and toppings
